I purchased a used 2008 GMC truck with 32000 miles I was asked if I wanted to buy a extended service contract. I was told this would cover my truck for 60 months or up to 100000 miles with a $100 deductibl asked if I wanted to buy a extended service contract. I was told this would cover my truck for 60 months or up to 100000 miles with a $100 deductible the cost was $2700. The service id card says effective date is 07/02/10 contract term 60 months 100,000 miles. I have been having problem with the front door locks not working so I wanted to get this fixed I call the number on the card and they said my service has expired they told me the 60 months started when the truck was made. When I purchased the truck I was told I would be cover for 60 months or 100,000 miles. I call Crossroads Chevrolet Joplin Mo and talked to the general manager he told me he would check on it. I think I was sold a service contract under false promise. More

I took my car in for regaular maintenance and to have a tire presure senor replaced. I was told I would be called when my car was done. I took it in at 7:45 and it was completed at 9:30. I called several times to find out if it was done. Finally they told me it was done at 3:30. Six hours later I finally found out it was done. I am not happy with the service department on this issue.
