Help late inight the day. I needed help at 6 pm. Lou Quinn,my service rep arranged to have my Corvette towed to the dealer. The GM, Bill Ryan personally arranged for a loaner I needed help at 6 pm. Body, paint and cosmetic work We purchased a pre-owned Cadillac Escalade from them. Sales team was absolutely awesome to work with. Jamie our salesman went way above and beyond during the purchase. As part of the purchase, we had an agreement to have a few minor scratches and a door ding fixed. We made arrangements to drop the vehicle off on Monday of the following week to have the scratches and ding repaired. We were told the work would take a couple of days tops. When I was sent a picture of the “repaired” areas it was sub-par work at best. Paint didn’t even come close to matching and it was not smooth at all. I asked for it to be re-done properly. The company comes back on Monday (day 7) to fix the area on the bumper that was not done properly. They finish and I am told the vehicle isn’t ready because the door ding guy (apparently a separate company) had not showed up since the day we dropped it off over a week before. Guy shows up two days later (Wednesday) and fixes the door ding (did a great job). I show up Wednesday afternoon to pick up the vehicle. As I’m looking over the areas that were suppose to be fixed, I find a very obvious drip area plain as day. Mind you this is now the second time the same spot has had to be redone and yet again they did sub-par work. I would be embarrassed as a business owner to know my guys or subs are doing this type of work and thinking it’s ok. Seems like the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. They are completely awful at time management and scheduling. So, after all that we will have to bring the vehicle back once again to have the paint redone on the bumper for a 3rd time. Our salesman Jamie did everything he could to get things done aside from doing the work himself. Why a salesman would have to do the job of a service department is beyond me. His job is to sell vehicles not fix them. If the service department was competent he would not have been forced to hold their hand to get things done. Mind you to date I still have not been contact by anyone in the service department the entire time my vehicle was there. Very disappointed in the service side. More

Horrible Customer Service Do not go to this dealership! We bought our Equinox from Crossroads, who was bought out by Landers a little over a year later. Now Landers is refusing Do not go to this dealership! We bought our Equinox from Crossroads, who was bought out by Landers a little over a year later. Now Landers is refusing to honor contracts that were made with Crossroads. You have to turn in your original contract and they still are not going to honor all of it. We could have saved thousands of dollars by buying this exact same car from a different dealership (because they both had to bring it in), but we bought it because we were supposed to have oil changes for life and free tires for life after buying the first set. We have now been told that the tire contract is null and void and that they will only honor the oil changes if we can provide the original contract (even though it is on file in their computer system, this I actually saw for myself). Of course, the free oil changes also go hand in hand with a lifetime guarantee for the engine if we use a special additive and only get the oil changed at the dealership! This dealership is nothing but a scam! They tried to tell me that this is common practice but what should be common practice is taking care of your loyal customers. That is how you ensure that they come back! I will not buy anything from this dealership ever, no matter what kind of sale they are having or how cheap it is! More
PM Service I would have given 5-stars but setting up service on the internet is pointless. There were so many options to choose from that it is confusing for I would have given 5-stars but setting up service on the internet is pointless. There were so many options to choose from that it is confusing for the customer. I would highly recommend linking the options with the user's sign on and the package they have. For example, I have oil and engine for life. Either I should be able to clearly see those options OR it should be linked to my car/user account and automatically selected. If they were automatically linked, I could then deselect those services and select alternative services. In addition, I chatted with someone when setting up the appointment. They indicated a service representative would contact me same day to determine what services to select for the oil and engine for life. I never received a call. 5-days later I accessed the site and selected what I thought was relative to my needs. I will say, once I arrived for my appointment, Corey was outstanding as always. More
