Fast, friendly service! I took my car in to find and hopefully fix an engine noise (chirping). Some noises are quick fixes, but this was more in depth, as it required replaci I took my car in to find and hopefully fix an engine noise (chirping). Some noises are quick fixes, but this was more in depth, as it required replacing a front crankshaft seal. Even still, they scheduled in my car and had the noise detected and fixed with 48 hours of my first phone call. Definetly would recommend having service done here! More

Bad experience Let's see my first interaction was with lou Quinn who made me feel like I was interrupting him and was kinda rude. An associate called and told me what there was rodent damage to the throttle position wires. But when I got my service ticket it said something different as the location of the damage was to the injector wires on cylinder #6. I didnt get to talk with anyone when I arrived to pick up my car to get clarification. I get it home only to find out that there is still a service back up assist message on the display when I put it in reverse. And for what I paid to get it fixed yesterday I thought they would have seen that when running diagnostics and working on it. Since it shows on the message center display. Especially since they deemed that it was in fact rodent damage. This is very frustrating!! More
