Great Service Department (Warranty Work) 2nd time in a month for service work that was unrelated. Tom Schaub, my service Advisor, made an appointment because my 2017 Silverado was shifting h 2nd time in a month for service work that was unrelated. Tom Schaub, my service Advisor, made an appointment because my 2017 Silverado was shifting hard and Transmission vibrated when changing gears. Tom set me up with an appointment with their outstanding transmission expert, and did warranty work in replacing the transmission fluid. When the truck was returned, the transmission was serviced and Tom had a body technician reattach a molding that came loose. The truck drives like brand new now thanks to Landers OUTSTANDING service department...a credit to the dealership that will have me returning to purchase a new truck in the next couple of years. I recommended to my brother and he bought his new pickup there. Great job Landers service department. More

Historically, dealerships are not high on my list. They tend to be pushy, are more worried about selling you a new card than fixing your current vehicle or are dismissive about your complaint if the vehicl tend to be pushy, are more worried about selling you a new card than fixing your current vehicle or are dismissive about your complaint if the vehicle wasn't purchased from the dealership. So, when my regular, trusted mechanic referred us to Lander's, I was less than thrilled. How wrong I was! From the 1st phone call to picking up my vehicle, everyone I interacted with was top notch. Very professional. Corey listened to my vehicle concerns and made sure the technician heard me as well. Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. Communication was excellent as well. I would definitely return for vehicle service and recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

The service and finance dept was horrible. The service dept had unacceptable attitudes and no friendly customer service.
