Disappointed I have bought my last 2 cars from Crossroads. When I bought my Cruze, it came with free oil change and tires for as long as I owned my car. I got my oil changed last year at Landers and you guys honored this so when I went in on Saturday I didn't realize there would be an issue but there was. When I first got there, Kasi was really nice but when it came time to pay and her manager said they would honor the agreement that I had with Crossroads, she wasn't very happy. First she told me that I would have to bring my contract in the next time and then she told me that I didn't need to bring in my contract because they would never honor it again. It was a very easy process. Found a truck i liked online, joey called me back and got right to work on my loan. He helped me get a payment i was comfortable with.
