A pleasant, no-pressure experience from the moment I drove into the lot. Overall, just a great buying experience; very unusual at an auto dealership, especially at the end of the month! We went to this dealership to buy a new car after some test driving. We wanted to grab some lunch and come back before making our decision. The manager badgered us into staying in order to close the deal. We were lied to about the interest rate and rushed through the finance process. Finanace dept. forgot to get the check from us for the down payment until the salesman mentioned it on the way out the door. A month later, the car was damaged by a tornado that hit our city. The dealership's body shop had it for 6 weeks, and when they gave it back to us there was still damage. The shop left black finger prints on the interior, and the paint job was terrible. When we brought it to the manager's attention, he just made excuses instead of apologizing. We were asked to bring it back in when things slowed down enough to fix the rest of the damage. They had it for 2 weeks the second time. This time they scratched a window and there are still un-resolved issues. Right now the car is at the dealership because of stalling problems, which was part of a recall I took it in to the service center to prevent. I didn't have this problem before I took it to them for the recall. I'm not happy with this dealership at all and plan to let GM know about it also. More
