The only issue I had were with several men in suits. They were extremely rude and inconsiderate. One even pushed himself between me and the cashiers window to retrieve a file while I was actively paying my bill. After the second or third man in a suit passed me without a smile or acknowledgment of my existence on the showroom and service floor I left. I've purchased multiple vehicles from Crossroads and will continue because the heart of that store is kind. However, to the disrespectful men in suit and tie, you obviously don't belong. Please leave before you drag down the entire business with your poor attitude and lack of customer service skills. More
