Completely unprofessional deal. I negotiated a deal for a new escalade with a salesman via phone and text as I live over an hour and a half away from Joplin. We agreed upon a price and scheduled a time, a Saturday, to drive to Joplin. When I arrived at the dealership and reviewed the vehicle I was ready to consummate the sale. Before I could get started the sales manager told me the price we agreed upon was not available and he increased it over $3,000. No explanation was given. I was not willing to meet their price or adjust higher as I feel I negotiated in good faith. I was also upset because I wasted a weekend day on a futile deal. To make matters worse, the salesman contacted me before I left my house to drive to the dealership to make sure sure I was coming. When did the deal change? I will go out of my way to NEVER deal with this dealership every again and will go OUT OF MY WAY to caution others from buying from this business. It's unfortunate too....the Escalade was beautiful. More

Above and beyond the call of service. Took, my car in for an oil change, discovered a leak, and replaced the entire oil delivery system, changed the timing chains, and discovered a busted Took, my car in for an oil change, discovered a leak, and replaced the entire oil delivery system, changed the timing chains, and discovered a busted O2 sensor and replaced it. I only paid for the O2 sensor, everything else was under warranty. Vance Stansill went above and beyond the call of customer service, give that man a raise! More
