They didn’t honor the free oil change , that Crossroads provided with the purchase of the car. Everyone we referred that purchased a vehicle is also dissatisfied because they have been done the same way. I provided with the purchase of the car. All good but the paperwork The sales and finance staff at the Joplin store were fantastic. They went above and beyond to help. However, their hands seem to be tied by the Arkans The sales and finance staff at the Joplin store were fantastic. They went above and beyond to help. However, their hands seem to be tied by the Arkansas store when it comes to title paperwork. I got mine the day it was due, after three visits to the dealership. I should have received it in the mail, several days before it was due. This was frustrating, but again, the folks I worked with in Joplin were very helpful and kind. I would happily buy from them again if they get their paperwork office straightened out. More
