I returned the car to Landen Motors where Mike Oden immediately took the car to be repaired. In a few days it was complete and I picked the car up and it has been fine ever since And he even gave me a full tank of gas. By now you are wondering what my car is. It is a bright yellow 2007 Pontiac Solstice that I love. Thank you Mike and I would recommend Landen Motors as a reliable dealership. More

Worst car purchasing experience ive ever had. The car i bought needed a camshaft sensor. They agreed to replace it and buff the headlights out. After 5 days i was contacted to pick it up. When i got this car home it stalled everytime i started it. I did a pretty thurough check when test driving. After the rapairs they made i realized that they hadnt fully put the mass air flow sensor back in and the air intake duct vent was mangled with broken clips and large holes in it and the headlights were not buffed as promised... I spoke to the owner about this issue and he offered to send a tow truck the next day. That following day i stayed home all day to find there was no tow truck coming. Ever since they have dodged my phone calls. More

I found the perfect used car for my granddaughter at this dealership. Even better than the car, the entire staff, four of whom I dealt with personally in the process, were one and all, kind, compassionate, dealership. They even went overboard preparing two titles for me. I am 83, living in Florida, and hadn,t purchased a car for 16 years, let alone, long distance. God bless them! I had been searching for so long for the Honda Pilot make ,Model, color, and year and price! Each time my boyfriend and I would see one we would call to see if it was still available, and the one we wanted t ,Model, color, and year and price! When I saw the Pilot I was interested in at Landen Motors.. I was excited to view it, but also worried it would be gone before we could. I was so nervous, about the whole car buying process, so stressfull... BUT BOY WAS I SURPRISED! Our experience with Mike was so great! He was kind, personable, upfront, honest ,and GENUINE. He cared for us like we were family, and we laughed a lot too. Great sense of humor!! My boyfriend talked about the fabulous food and sights from their country of origin, and Mike offered to even give us recipe, and goat meat to try it out for ourselves. All in All I could not believe how pleasant, and wonderful he made the whole experience I was dreading. I will recommend Mike, and his staff at Landen Motors to anyone looking for a car. My son had been looking for a late model BMW M5 for a few months and Landen Motors had a one owner, low mileage one that appeared to be in excellent condition. We arranged a visit and drove the 750 miles from Minneapolis to Ohio on a recent Friday. We visited Landen Motors on Saturday morning, took the car for a test drive and checked it out. It was in immaculate condition. It was priced a little bit lower than other M5's we had been tracking. Andy and Mike then produced all of the service records and we spent about 1/2 hour reviewing them in detail. The previous owner had babied this car and it was optioned to the max. One small issue was the condition of the 2 rear tires which were right on the limit of tread depth. Andy agreed to cover the cost of replacement and took that amount off the total. So, up to this time we felt good about the way we were treated. I left my son to arrange the financing with Andy and then spent some time with Mike Odeh, the owner. What an honest and genuine person. Because we both are immigrants to the USA, have become citizens, we had similar life experiences to share. One of the most important qualities I learned was to be honest with my business dealings and to hold myself to a simple standard; that is to treat others as I would like to be treated. Mike shares the same life philosophy and explained to me that it is easy to make a sale. But the real opportunity for him is to build a relationship. In my life I have a handful of business people that I truly trust implicitly. Mike has become one of this group. So, enjoy your experience with Mike at Landon Motors.
