Competent and Caring Service When I arrived from out of town for my annual service appointment, there were no loaners available as vehicles scheduled to be returned had not come b When I arrived from out of town for my annual service appointment, there were no loaners available as vehicles scheduled to be returned had not come back on time. Shari quickly jumped into action and secured a vehicle for me to use for the afternoon from the sales staff. When I returned later, my vehicle was serviced perfectly and cleaned up and ready to go. Brakes and a warranty part Needed new brakes and Shari made it super easy and gave a great loaner. They were courteous, responsive and did the job just as promised.
