Shari quickly jumped into action and secured a vehicle for me to use for the afternoon from the sales staff. When I returned later, my vehicle was serviced perfectly and cleaned up and ready to go. Amazing experience! We saw a used LR2 online and emailed Michael, who promptly called back and arranged a time for us to test drive the SUV. From the moment we stepped in with our two-year-old daughter (who promptly ran to the rideable toy Range Rover,) we were treated with nothing but kindness and respect. We settled on a price and from there the transaction was seamless and (relatively) painless! Thanks to everyone there that gave such great service! We love our new 2nd car and are happy we bought it from Roaring Fork Land Rover. More

Brakes and a warranty part Needed new brakes and Shari made it super easy and gave a great loaner. They were courteous, responsive and did the job just as promised. Poor Service My husband and I purchased a 2008 Mercedes Benz a few months ago after signing papers we were informed the parking pale was needing repair before they My husband and I purchased a 2008 Mercedes Benz a few months ago after signing papers we were informed the parking pale was needing repair before they could let us drive off the lot almost 2wks later we get are new purchased car back since we continue to have problems so we paid off loan in cash and canceled extended warranty. Call Kay at land Rover and she botched all the paperwork so 1 month later we have no idea where are $3000 is and Kays lack of information has yet to be sent so we can contact someone to find are money terrible terrible service expecially b4 holidays very unperfessional!!! Very disappointed with company! !! More
