From the moment we stepped in with our two-year-old daughter (who promptly ran to the rideable toy Range Rover,) we were treated with nothing but kindness and respect. Brakes and a warranty part Needed new brakes and Shari made it super easy and gave a great loaner. They were courteous, responsive and did the job just as promised.
