I own two Land Rover Discoveries (a 2017 and a 2019) and had the leaky windshield issue with both of them. From what I was told, the first few years worth of production (started in 2017) of these vehicles h had the leaky windshield issue with both of them. From what I was told, the first few years worth of production (started in 2017) of these vehicles had windshields that were not sealed correctly, so rain and melting snow would leak into the car through the seals around the windshield. I began calling Land Rover Roaring Fork's service department in October 2020 to get the issue repaired under warranty. The service person, Jake Sampson, said they were waiting to get more windshields in stock and would call me as soon as they came in. In the meantime, the dealership in Colorado Springs and the dealership in Dallas where I bought the two cars were telling me they could get plenty of windshields, but when I called back to ask about this Jake would not return my phone calls. After months of trying to get a call back from Jake, I finally called in to speak with a manager on May 27th, 2021 and he had the first of the two towed to the dealership for repair on June 1st, 2021. By this time, there was permanent damage on the inside of the car so he told me to call Land Rover's corporate complaint department. I filed my complaint with Land Rover's corporate complaint department and have not heard back to this day in February 2022! FWIW, I also tried to order a roof rack through this dealership, but they said they could not ship it to me in Crested Butte because a high percentage of the ones they ship get destroyed in shipment. A woman from the dealership called me in June 2021 to collect payment, so I gave her my credit card number, but then I received a civil complaint from the dealership for non-payment in February 2022. I don't know why the woman never ran my credit card for the payment, but I guess they prefer to file a civil complaint against their customers rather than calling again to ask for my credit card??? Bottom line, I would not go to this dealership for service, I would not count on any phone calls back from this dealership if you leave a message, and I would not count on Land Rover corporate making good on any damage to your car caused by issues they have widely acknowledged and covered under their warranty program. I am in the process of selling the two Land Rover vehicles I own and will never purchase a Land Rover in the future. More

Five stars for the service department. From the first moment I spoke with Jake, I knew we were in great hands. He was a straight shooter, cautious and careful. Excellent communicator. I've had 6 Rovers and visited plenty of dealerships in my time. LR of Roaring Fork is by far the best. From the Sales to Service I've never had a less than stellar experience. The down side is my new Rover o time. LR of Roaring Fork is by far the best. From the Sales to Service I've never had a less than stellar experience. From sales to finance department I was treated fairly and got an amazing deal. Much better than any experience I had with Mercedes and I love my Range Rover so much more than any of the Mercedes SUV’s I had got an amazing deal.
