Since signing and making my purchase, it has been nothing but a hassle. My car required service, and the warranties I purchased from Veritas have provided me with terrible customer service. It didn't take long before my car ended up in the shop, and I had to constantly hassle them for responses. The saleswoman who sold me the car was hardly responsive, and I still haven't received the car manual. It has been nothing but a headache, and I will never purchase from this location again. I am even willing to cancel my warranties just to have peace of mind and pay for any repairs out of pocket. Dealing with them has been a complete waste of time and extremely dissatisfying. I used to love this branch when they were in Encino before the pandemic, but now it's just a disappointment. It's unfortunate because we are clearly spending a significant amount of money there. More

This was by far the worst car buying experience in my life. I purchased a Range Rover Defender "Carpathian Edition". I did my research and initiated the purchase on-line through Autonation. The website indicated that "The following options are installed on this vehicle" Once I realized that some of the options or actually items were missing, I brought it to the attention of the internet manager (Kia). After much back and forth, this dimwit continued to insist that I was wrong. Let's do the math, vehicle purchase price $120,000, missing items roughly $300. After the purchase, total "Used Car Salesman" feel. Their lack of customer service was chilling. I even reached out to his manger to no avail. Stear clear of this place! More
