Even in an emergency when your tire is punctured by a nail, you'll have to wait a week for them to look after your car! I really regret leasing a car from this dealership. I change my car every three years, so I have dealt with many dealers and have never experienced such poor service! ! ! More

I am a very patient and reasonable person. However, this experience was so POOR that I have to let people know what to expect. Especially since Range Rover emailed me to ask me to review them on Facebook. In all honesty, I have to say that I would rate this experience as horrible. I would not recommend anyone to go here to get your car serviced or fixed. The customer service is horrible. On 1/31/22, I went to the dealership to drop off my car for services and was told that it would take days (unspecified number of days). Since I need a car for work every day, that was a surprise for me because that information was not disclosed to me when I made the appointment. Therefore, I had to reschedule for a loaner car on 3/17/22. On 3/17/22, I dropped off my car and did not get my car back until 5/15/22. That's 2 months! Communication has been poor and it was always me reaching out to them to ask what was going on and that's if I was able to reach my service advisor (he said he was overworked). After calling and not getting any return phone call for almost 2 weeks, I emailed the manager Brittany Walden (service manager). She did not call me back but I did get a call from the service advisor Joe Johnson who gave me some feedback on what was happening with the car. At that point, it would have been appropriate for her to have given me a call, given the high prices that they charge for service. To make matters worse, when the car was finally able to be picked up, they only returned the key fob. The original key chain and tile attached to the key fob was missing. The man who gave me the key fob said that's all he had and that he would let the service advisor (Joe Johnson) know but I have yet to hear from him. Interesting coincidence is when I was talking to a neighbor about this experience, she has also had the same poor experience at this dealership. On another note, when I called about purchasing an extended warrantee, the discussion was very different (attitude and cost) from Santa Monica Land Rover dealership. Much better from Santa Monica Land Rover dealership. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this experience was the worst. Customer service is just not a priority. I'm not sure why, but leadership needs to figure out some issues because it is definitely not up to standards of the Range Rover name. If all the Range Rover dealerships treat their customers like this, I'm not sure I will purchase another one because it's such a pain to deal with them. More
