Out of state purchase, lied to me about having dents, oil cap was off, bad rotors, already have A3 service light on, and still waiting on my xxxx paper plates. Took car in for routine maintenance and check of a burnt out headlight bulb. Received car back with brown stains covering the car, had to take it back to be rewashed. Once home looked over the paperwork, no out headlight bulb. Received car back with brown stains covering the car, had to take it back to be rewashed. Once home looked over the paperwork, notes “no issues found with headlights” start up the car and sure enough a bulb is out. What a waste of a visit, another month before an appointment can be scheduled. More

The sales team was very accommodating. The only issue was that I was told that the part I needed was in stock but when I got there it wasn’t.
