JAMES HOXIE, service manager at land/range rover in West Ashley, is a very disrespectful, rude, and even yelled at me. They serviced my Range Rover sports for a defective part that needed to be replaced underneath the driver seats. To replace the parts, the driver seat had to be removed and put back….now my car has a long deep scratch, I asked him about it, which of course he denied they did anything to it and he tried to place the blame on me! I rate his service a 0. But unfortunately that wasn’t an option! More
$2000+ later and my Land Rover has issues it did not have on arrival. Way over charged for oil change which was incomplete, and they screwed up the electrical system and had zero follow up on purchased item on arrival. Very nice guys sucker you in with their charm however the service but horrible, I mean vacant and horrible. I was ripped off - badly. Do not recommend whatsoever. More

I didn't even want to give them one star. I am having serious buyer's remorse. Bought a used Land Rover Discovery two weeks ago. After about 25 miles, the check engine light came on. Called to see if I could get it in as I had the Discovery less than a week. I had to make an appointment that was over 2 weeks out! Contacted my sales person who said to bring it in the service department. As I entered the service office, Dustyn Delorme got up from his desk, walked past me, and then turned around and asked me what I needed. When I explained that my check engine light was on, he basically laughed and said they didn't have the time as they were closing at 6:00 (they were still open for 20 minutes according to my watch) and I needed to make an appointment. He then turned his back to me and was completely rude. I believe this may have all happened in front of the service manager. I am not sure. There was no common courtesy and I ask you....how hard is it to plug in the machine. This would never ever happen at the service dealership where I bought my last luxury car across the street. Just saying. Extremely disappointed all the way around. Extremely disappointed on so many levels. More

I’ve owned my Evoque for a almost a year and a half now.I bought it new from Land Rover West Ashley. A luxury car for unbelievable money. Wouldn’t you expect great maintenance service for your money? My experience with them has been nothing but disappointment. And it’s not just an occasional, one- time bad luck , I understand anybody can screw up once in a while. But every single time I need service they mess up. This time my car needed alignment bc one of the wheels was completely worn out and I scheduled an appointment online, showed up in person the next day to make sure they got me in the system, requested a new tire by the date of my appointment, told them it’s ok if I need to pay for it. Dropped the car on Friday morning, 8:45 am as scheduled, when I asked them if they got a new tire for me they said no. All day Friday,all day Saturday..... Monday morning - still ain’t got my car back. Which is more frustrating - no text message, no call, no nothing to let me know how long it might take. It’s my only car and I think I deserve to be informed... my schedule totally messed up bc those guys don’t seem to be interested in keeping you as their client. Keep stealing my time by keeping my car for as many days as they consider possible. Service guys from regular cars I used to have did a way better job.: at least they never left me hanging... These people in West Ashley dealership are the reason why I’m so ready to give up the car I like. Outrageous! Why should I be calling them trying to find out when my car is ready? Isn’t it supposed to be the other way in customer service?Is there any time frame for a simple service like changing one tire?Two nights, isn’t that enough for it?Absolutely absurd! More
