DonPaul worked diligently with us from the very beginning of our new car search. Once we made the decision to stick with Audi he again worked diligently with us, kept us informed as to the progress of our vehicle (we had it 'built') and was always there for us. When the car arrived and we went to the dealership to receive it he THOROUGHLY went over the entire vehicle, progammed my cell phone and garage door opener into the new car - didn't leave anything undone. He is an outstanding salesman and we would recommend him to anyone in the market for an Audi. More

After looking at previous reviews on this site I made an appointment with Don Paul to test drive an Audi Q5. I was really excited to drive an Audi Q5 but unfortunately it just wasn't the car for me. Apparently the only Q5 available was being reserved for someone coming into the service department so I didn't get a great amount of time driving it, but Don Paul did take the time to show me the features on another vehicle with the same package. Checkered Flag gave us a great tour and treated us very well but we ended up going to Charles Barker Infiniti and bought a brand new V8 FX50. I am happy with the Infiniti since the tech features are far superior, and the Q5 only has one regular size cup holder, the other only would fit a Red Bull. I might consider an Audi again in the future to buy a sedan and will definately give Checkered Flag another try. More

My only complaint concerns the length of time I had to wait to do the paperwork. I had to wait a few hours behind other costumers. This Dealership won me back as a customer, my first visit a few years ago wasn't pleasant. I had a service problem with my 2002 TT and was treated terrible. I just moved to the area from NJ. We then took a tour of the dealership, a test drive, not at my request, but at his prompting. What a wonderful car!!! There was no pressure at any time during my purchasing experience and that was a true blessing. I left that evening with a new prospective on the car buying business. A couple weeks later, I was hooked and ready to buy. DonPaul was ready to assist me when I arrived and the Business Manager, Darlene Epps-Minor was the financial miracle worker.
