Best service ever! Traveling from out of state and needed a new tire before we could drive home. Turns out is was a specialty tire. Poor Service Purchased my Range Rover SS in December of 2017. I live 45 minutes north and was concerned about maintenance on the vehicle. I was repeatedly reassured by my salesperson James, that it wasn't an issue at all, that the dealership would come to my office, pick up my car and provide a loaner. Each time I have tried to schedule an oil change or have had an issue with my vehicle I have waited MONTHS! I called on October 2nd to schedule service I was told they couldn't come get the car until November 14th. On that day I recieved a call that the weather was bad and that they could reschedule for the next Tuesday. Next Tuesday the 19th no call no show. I called and was told they would pick it up Thursday, again no call no show. I had my husband call and Don stated that they just didn't have any rentals available. It is now December 10th, 10 WEEKS after my first request for service. This is the first negative review I have ever taken the time to write. The service at Jaguar Land Rover Troy is the worst I have ever experienced. More
Rude Service Advisor!! I called in explaining that my 2018 F Pace check engine light was on I was explaining I check the gas cap etc .. Mr. Larry acted as if I shouldn't be calling him,or he was to buy to listen, or I should have known actually what I needed from him when I called because he rudely asked me what can I do for you!!xxx I have no clue you should be telling what I need to do your the service guy! When I called him out for being rude he quickly tried to schedule me appointment,!! I guess is if I was a man he wouldn't have handles me that way! My husband usually calls has no issues. Part of the Jaguar experience is suppose the be the quality service you get! Not with this dealership second issue I had with them! I am waiting on the Service Manager to give me a call. More
Service Center Experience Don in the service center is awesome to work with. We live in Alpena which is 4 hours away, so getting the vehicle in and getting the proper service Don in the service center is awesome to work with. The service center is very supportive of our distance from the dealership and has solved the few issues we have had with our new discovery straight away. More

Terrible service. Zero regard for basic customer service Go elsewhere. Unless you want to deal with a service dept that works under the premise they are free to treat you and your expensive vehicle as an aft Go elsewhere. Professional, Knowledgable, Excellent Customer Service I bought my first Jag from this location at the suggestion of Mrs. Elder and have always received great customer service and attention to detail. I purchased my newest Jag from Joan just before the closing of the Novi location. I consider this rating as an extension of that Novi experience since Joan is now with JLR Troy. If she is your sales person, you will be more than pleased with the interest and care she provides so that once you sign the documents - you will already feel welcomed to the Jaguar family knowing you will have excellent ongoing customer service and one of the finest vehicles ever - a JAG! My car has been in storage until very recently so I have a maintenance service check in a few days - just poreventative maintenance! More
