I love coming to this service center. I have everything from a 2021 Range Rover Autobiography to a 97 Defender, a 95 Range Rover Classic, a '68 Series IIa that passed on to me from my dad, and most recentl from a 2021 Range Rover Autobiography to a 97 Defender, a 95 Range Rover Classic, a '68 Series IIa that passed on to me from my dad, and most recently a CPO Jaguar iPace. I love my vehicles. And I'm the type of customer that expects a high degree of service. Other places have brushed me off because I can come to the table with TONS of questions, but these guys always take their time. I've recently learned that their service manager (Brandon Vidaurri) is a classic Rover enthusiast. And that makes all the difference. He knows where these things come from. He almost always finishes my sentences when I bring up an older Rover's needs. Trust is everything. This team delivers for me time and time again and I'm glad there are places like this. I don't usually take the time to leave reviews. But if you're like me and you need a place you can count on for a car collection touching $500k, then this is the place. More

I am buying my wife a new car and was considering trading in her Land Rover Discovery Sport for the Range Rover Discovery but my recent HORRIBLE experience with your service department had me order her a new in her Land Rover Discovery Sport for the Range Rover Discovery but my recent HORRIBLE experience with your service department had me order her a new Ford Bronco. I dropped off the Vehicle on a Tuesday and it was supposed to be complete on the following Friday. At 4 PM I called and left a message with my "Service Representative", Mark Anderson and received no response. The following Monday I left a message with the "Director of Service" Brandon Vidaurri, who also refused to return my call. The next day I called and left a message with your "General Manager", who also did not return my call. I finally receive a call from Anderson that repairs are done, and they agree to drop it off at Cranbrook since I was out of town. Later my wife calls, excited thinking I bought her a new car. It seems there was an issue with my vehicle so the dropped off a loaner. At 4PM I call and leave a message with Anderson as to why they didn't bring my wife’s car back. As Usual, NO CALL BACK. The next day I get a call from the person trying to swap out the loaner for our car. NO returned call from ANYONE with an explanation or apology for the inconvenience. On Friday my wife comments that her counsel looks damaged. I looked and saw that the trim piece around the prindle had been improperly glued in place and that the solvent used to clean the mess from trying to improperly fasten it in place had destroyed the trim piece. I called and left another message with Anderson as to the issue. NO RESPONSE. On Monday I email Vidaurri along with photos and he responds that I can bring it in. I let him know I can bring it in Thursday but would need a loaner. NO RESPONSE. On Thursday I go to drop my car off at the dealer but none of the "Service Personnel know about it. They contact Vidaurri who tells them he had planned the loaner for the following Thursday and that he emailed me to that effect. That was not true. Mind you that I have yet to receive a return call from Vidaurri or your General Manager from the messages the prior week. When I asked why the GM won’t return my calls, I was told he was on vacation. The following Thursday I drop of my vehicle and pick up the loaner. No one from the Service Department contacts me for 6 days. On Wednesday I leave a message for a status update on my vehicle and again do not receive a return call. Thursday, Armstrong calls me at 11 AM to let me know my vehicle is ready. I go and exchange the vehicle and the repair was done properly. After ALL of this, NOT ONE RETURN CALL from the GM or Vidaurri. NOT AND EXPLANATION. NOT AN APPOLOGY. NOT A SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENIENCE. I have never seen a more poorly run business. You have tarnished a brand I used to respect. More
Brandon and the rest of the staff in the service dept is extremely rude! My vehicle has been at this same dealership for ALL repairs since last year 2020 for the same issue and it's still not fixed, on top extremely rude! I requested to speak with the service manager Brandon to try and get this issue resolved. That was the worst idea ever! He was rude and spoke to me as if I was nothing. He even laughed as he told me that my warranty was going to be voided. I couldn't believe him and how he was acting while talking to me. I felt as though he was doing all of this because I'm a woman of color. I am very disgusted with the lack of service I recieved and will be filing a complaint. More
Complete scam. Brandon Vidaurri is awesome. He not only knows everything about the new models, he is been passionate about the older stuff too. I love knowing that Land Rover Troy has someone like this immersed in Land Rov about the new models, he is been passionate about the older stuff too. Our car was towed to Jaguar Land Rover Troy after a battery failure. They replaced the battery and then Larry Logarta called and said there were a few more items that were "past due or due now."
