I had an issue with the speed limiter control on my 2018 Jaguar E-Pace and took my car to the Jaguar Dealership in the Troy Motor Mall in Troy, Michigan. The Service Department, especially service advisor Jaguar E-Pace and took my car to the Jaguar Dealership in the Troy Motor Mall in Troy, Michigan. The Service Department, especially service advisor Jeffrey and his immediate superior, spent a lot of time and effort inspecting and testing the car, reading and analyzing the software engineering codes, and working with me so that I would feel comfortable and safe operating the car. Jeffrey even took the car home with him overnight to experience different driving conditions. My issue was resolved, and I am extremely grateful to Jaguar Troy and give them “Five Stars.” More

I bought my Jag in December from Jaguar Troy. They wasn’t able to give me an oil change until the end of February (this was after I reached out in January when I noticed they never changed the oi They wasn’t able to give me an oil change until the end of February (this was after I reached out in January when I noticed they never changed the oil before selling me the car). That was a red flag. They also owed me a new tire pressure monitor sensor. Jaguar Troy finally gave me the oil change and installed a new tire pressure sensor…the tire pressure sensor is faulty again. I came back on a Friday May 5th to get it fixed. So far it’s working. The next day I noticed my speaker in my dashboard was cracked and the dashboard wasn’t properly put back in place. My car was NOT like this when I brought my car in for service that day. I called the service department all day Monday and couldn’t get ahold to any. I called Jeff who’s been assisting me in the service department numerous of times. I left voicemails! No one is reaching back out to me. I finally got ahold to someone who forwarded my call to Jeff. Jeff said “oh yeah I’m in the process of looking into this.”He gave me his email and I forwarded the attached pictures. I’ve since then called him and emailed him and haven’t heard anything back! This is now day 11 since my jag has been damaged by the JAGUAR AND LAND ROVER TROY SERVICE DEPARTMENT and no one will reach back out to me. So now I'm forced to leave this review and many others. Hopefully they’ll understand my frustration with the service department and fix what they damaged. More

I had my 2017 Jaguar F Type in for an engine repair at the end of October, 2022. A fuel injector had failed and was now stuck in cylinder 5. The car has 33k miles on it and is garage kept year round so this was pretty unsettling. The car was finally finished and ready to be picked up 2 months later. I live 90 minutes away and wasn't able to pick it up for a few more weeks due to my work schedule and weather conditions. After I arrived to pick the vehicle up, they pulled the car into the service drive and handed me the keys. I walked around the vehicle to look it over before I drove off and my jaw about hit the floor. There were 2 large spots on the front bumper missing paint!!! I immediately brought this to Melissa's attention, she apologized, and she went to speak with Jay. She came back out to the service drive after speaking with him and told me to take it to my local body shop since I live so far away. She said just to send her the estimate, and they would reimburse me. I graciously accepted that and was on my way, even though they should have fixed their mishap before I even got a chance to see it. Well ... it's been 2 months and they STILL have not made this right. I've called, texted, and emailed both Melissa and Jay weekly for the past two months and finally spoke to Jay, only to be told that the paint was probably damaged before they got the car and that the estimate looked high. Now I'm furious. Then he suggested when I bring it there for my next service (not going to happen) they would take care of it. What??? I said that if the estimate looked high that he should get one from their body shop so I could take it to mine to see if they'd match the quote. That was a week ago. I've called multiple times and left messages with zero response. They damaged my paint, neglected to fix their mistake, told me they would reimburse me to have it fixed on my own, went back on their word, and had the audacity to suggest that the car was like that when they got it. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. More

Bought an Fpace on 12-23-22. After a few days with the car, realized it needed some warranty work. Took it back to the dealer on 1-19-23. Not a great customer service experience in service. Not kind or accommodating. After voicing my concerns to the service manager, they were a little more flexible in diagnosing and fixing my vehicle. Now here we sit a month later still "waiting on parts" or "waiting on the manager to be in" because no one else knows how to fix a car apparently or schedule an appointment. The entire dealership must shut down because the rest of their staff other than the manager must be incapable of servicing a vehicle. At this moment there is still no resolve and I continue getting pushed. Do yourself a favor, don't buy a unreliable jaguar, and if you do because you believe the warranty will have you covered when repairs are needed, think again, because you'll be blown off for ages. I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at this dealership while seeking service for my car. I was highly frustrated with the lack of attention and professionalism shown by the staff, particularly with regards to their inability to answer my questions and provide the necessary parts for my vehicle service. During my last repair visit, I had a number of issues with my F-pace 2017 Jaguar. The cost of the repair of water pump leak and coolant fluids leaking was more than 10% of the care value. I agreed to fix it with this ridiculous cost, but 3 weeks later it is not fixed, I was offered no loaner to use while I am waiting, not even a ride back home after I drop the care. It is hard to get meaningful assistance and I had to call multiple times to have somebody response to my inquiry regarding the status of my car. In addition, I was informed that the necessary parts for my car were not available at the dealership, which caused further delays and inconvenience. This lack of parts and inability to effectively assist me has left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with the level of service I received. I have been a customer of jaguar for several years, and I have always appreciated the level of service and professionalism that I have received in the past. This recent experience, however, has left me feeling disenchanted. More

How was my vehicle checked all around with a quote for an additional $5,000 worth of work but no one seen the nail or the headlight was out 🤔 Not to mention my service advisor lacked basic customer service skills period!!she never called and kept me posted about anything! I had to continuously track her down! Pitiful! More
