Do not , I repeat do not go to this dealership the service department is unprofessional and lacks the customer service skills needed for a successful business. Started with coolant leak left with 3,00 service department is unprofessional and lacks the customer service skills needed for a successful business. Started with coolant leak left with 3,000 bill and never was shown” old parts “, a nail in tire and a headlight out! How was my vehicle checked all around with a quote for an additional $5,000 worth of work but no one seen the nail or the headlight was out 🤔 Not to mention my service advisor lacked basic customer service skills period!!she never called and kept me posted about anything! I had to continuously track her down! Pitiful! More

After almost having my vehicle for one month to replace a starter and ignition dock (it took almost two weeks to get them to tell us what the actual After almost having my vehicle for one month to replace a starter and ignition dock (it took almost two weeks to get them to tell us what the actual problem with the vehicle was. It wasn't even looked at for over two weeks). Once they determined what the problem was they said they could install the starter but would have to back order the ignition dock. It could take weeks we were told. We finally got our vehicle fixed because my husband located a part at a dealership in Indiana and had it shipped to us. We delivered the part in three days and the dealership installed for us. However, because we didn't wait weeks for the part to come from God knows where they tacked on an extra $200 plus dollars to labor because it was not their part. I questioned why they did not locate the part as easily as my husband had and we were told that they do not like dealer to dealer transactions because there is no money in it. So apparently they would rather I be without a vehicle for weeks on end rather than order the same part from a Land Rover dealership that had the part in stock. Then to add insult to injury they tack on an additional $240 because we didn't buy the part from them. Unbelievable. I was contacted to take a survey and I honestly told them that I could not give them a positive review. The service manager, Adam Bouchard, was supposed to give us a call according to the person I was communicating with. We have yet to hear from Adam and the person who reached out wanting a positive survey has not responded to our emails of late either. I wish I had my car towed to the Macomb Land Rover dealership rather than the Troy dealership when my car broke down in July. More
