Bought a used Infiniti and was not told it was from Canada We purchased a used Infiniti and when we brought it back to Ohio the service engine light was on. Our local dealership informed us it was from Canada, We purchased a used Infiniti and when we brought it back to Ohio the service engine light was on. Our local dealership informed us it was from Canada, there were three recalls on it and they could not service it. I called Jaguar to see what they could do for us and they never called me back. Car only had 38,000 miles and we've encountered lots of issues. BEWARE. Do not buy a Canadian car. Warranty and recall work is hard to get done here. Do not trust this dealership, they were non-responsive after the sale was complete. More

My sales age My experience with Jaguar of Troy was incredibly positive up until after I completed the purchase and it was time to license my vehicle. My sales agent, Greg Hooper was absolutely phenomenal. This dealership could not ask for a better representative of their business. I can't say enough good things about him. He was extremely responsive, worked with me primarily through email as I was purchasing from over seas for a pick-up when I returned to the USA, and went out of his way to help me in every way possible. His knowledge of the vehicle was beyond compare and he took time to teach and show me everything when I picked my vehicle up. Likewise, my short time spent with Will in the financing office was positive as well. Unfortunately the great service ended there. The two ladies in the office were less than pleasant to deal with and were in fact very unhelpful. When it was time to license my vehicle, I had done the leg work to transfer my existing plate but it seemed neither of the women in the office were competent or capable of finding out how the process worked since I am in the military and had out of state insurance. (In the end, my sales agent took his personal time to go down to the Secretary of State/DMV with me to work out the situation. I simply needed to show my military ID.) More
