Awesome service for out of state buyer. I bought a used Expedition limited sight unseen that I found online. It was the exact one I wanted (for the right price) so I flew up from KC to buy and drive home. Vehicle was exactly as described. I had a few issues on my end with the banks cashiers check and my insurance that slowed me down, but they helped me work them out and I was on the road that morning. I was very impressed with our salesperson, Ezekiel, who was highly knowledgeable about the F-pace, including the different models and engines. Next, I was impressed with the technology specialist, Forrest, who was able to come out to my house and explain the functions of the car and helped pair the car's internal garage door opener with my garage. That was huge, because I definitely would not have figured it out! Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful experience at Jaguar Troy! More
