Rude Service Advisor!! I called in explaining that my 2018 F Pace check engine light was on I was explaining I check the gas cap etc .. Mr. Larry acted as if I shouldn't be I called in explaining that my 2018 F Pace check engine light was on I was explaining I check the gas cap etc .. Mr. Larry acted as if I shouldn't be calling him,or he was to buy to listen, or I should have known actually what I needed from him when I called because he rudely asked me what can I do for you!!xxx I have no clue you should be telling what I need to do your the service guy! When I called him out for being rude he quickly tried to schedule me appointment,!! I guess is if I was a man he wouldn't have handles me that way! My husband usually calls has no issues. Part of the Jaguar experience is suppose the be the quality service you get! Not with this dealership second issue I had with them! I am waiting on the Service Manager to give me a call. More

Bought two cars, not just one Greg (and the dealership) did a fantastic job when my wife and I were shopping for an SUV for her. After we took delivery, i started searching other Greg (and the dealership) did a fantastic job when my wife and I were shopping for an SUV for her. After we took delivery, i started searching other auto makers for a car for me (as my lease was near expiration). I ended up circling back with Greg just as a potential option B or C for me.... with the exceptional service (as well as a fantastic car), it quickly became evident that my option B/C became option A. We took delivery of the second car about a week ago and I absolutely love the car.
