He was very interested in learning exactly what I wanted and made sure to do the research to get me a deal that fit into my budget. During the entire process, Nick was very responsive and addressed all my questions and concerns. Once it was time to come into the dealership to finalize, from Nick my salesman, to the various other employees I encountered, everyone made me feel like the only customer at the dealership. Everyone was professional and accommodating. My new Discovery was not ready right away, so Nick delivered the car to my home in Ann Arbor. Quick and easy I went in thinking I would be there for hours, I told him what I wanted (needed) and let him know I was in a time crunch. He did exactly what I needed I went in thinking I would be there for hours, I told him what I wanted (needed) and let him know I was in a time crunch. He did exactly what I needed in about 20 minutes. 20 minutes is insane. He told me an estimated payment and I said “ok let’s see the real payment” and it was actually $5 less than he actually quoted!
