Best service ever! Traveling from out of state and needed a new tire before we could drive home. Turns out is was a specialty tire. Poor Service Purchased my Range Rover SS in December of 2017. I live 45 minutes north and was concerned about maintenance on the vehicle. I was repeatedly reassure Purchased my Range Rover SS in December of 2017. I live 45 minutes north and was concerned about maintenance on the vehicle. I was repeatedly reassured by my salesperson James, that it wasn't an issue at all, that the dealership would come to my office, pick up my car and provide a loaner. Each time I have tried to schedule an oil change or have had an issue with my vehicle I have waited MONTHS! I called on October 2nd to schedule service I was told they couldn't come get the car until November 14th. On that day I recieved a call that the weather was bad and that they could reschedule for the next Tuesday. Next Tuesday the 19th no call no show. I called and was told they would pick it up Thursday, again no call no show. I had my husband call and Don stated that they just didn't have any rentals available. It is now December 10th, 10 WEEKS after my first request for service. This is the first negative review I have ever taken the time to write. The service at Jaguar Land Rover Troy is the worst I have ever experienced. More
