Brandon and the rest of the staff in the service dept is extremely rude! My vehicle has been at this same dealership for ALL repairs since last year 2020 for the same issue and it's still not fixed, on top extremely rude! My vehicle has been at this same dealership for ALL repairs since last year 2020 for the same issue and it's still not fixed, on top of next being able to get a loaner so I can take my kids to school. I requested to speak with the service manager Brandon to try and get this issue resolved. That was the worst idea ever! He was rude and spoke to me as if I was nothing. He even laughed as he told me that my warranty was going to be voided. I couldn't believe him and how he was acting while talking to me. I felt as though he was doing all of this because I'm a woman of color. I am very disgusted with the lack of service I recieved and will be filing a complaint. More
