Very personal. I always have a great experience with the service department. Everything is always exceptional. Normally my car is picked up and returned to me by San I always have a great experience with the service department. Everything is always exceptional. Normally my car is picked up and returned to me by Sandro but this time I brought it to the dealership myself as I was driving in that direction on that particular day. My loaner car was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. My own vehicle was then brought back to my home once the work had been done. My car always comes back sparkling clean and topped up with fuel which I truly appreciate as I live 49 miles away. Thank you! More

You are very lucky to have her. Recently I came home from vacay to find my tire on my F Pace was completely flat. I called Kathy and she was able to coordinate a flat bed to pick up my car within my tight work schedule. Not only was she pleasant an understanding. she was professional and quick to respond to my needs. I received the car back the same day. Thank you to Kathy for coordination and supervision. Service Dept Falls Far Short! My husband and I purchased a brand new 2019 Land Rover Discovery from this dealership THREE weeks ago. Within days of driving it, we noticed that wate My husband and I purchased a brand new 2019 Land Rover Discovery from this dealership THREE weeks ago. Within days of driving it, we noticed that water/rain would leak into the front driver and passenger seats. We also noticed that a panel on one of the doors was loose. We immediately called the dealership and were told that lots of Discovery vehicles were having the leakage because the windshield was not sealed properly during construction. We agreed to have the car driven back to the dealership so that the service department would repair these issues. YES ON A 3 WEEK OLD CAR! The car was serviced there this week, and the service advisor David Seifert completely forgot to repair the door panel. We complained and the car was returned to the dealership only for it to be returned to us in dirty condition, with significantly less gas than when it went in to the shop, and with the driver chair positioned like someone took it out for a joyride. What is worse, the car was returned to us by a tow truck company wholly unassociated with the Land Rover dealership. The tow truck guy was rude, unprofessional, and simply did not care about the car. He didn’t even know the make and model of the car he was dropping off! How could Land Rover entrust our $75,000 car to an unknown outside company? Just think about the liability! We spent a large amount of money on a luxury car for the luxury experience and this dealership FALLS FAR SHORT. Stay away! Sadly this was not the first time this dealership has fallen short. Lesson learned! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE SERVICE OUR CAR HERE! More
