Roberto was great, highly communicative and professional. Eager to help and text back with information Warning, when looking for finance options check your own rates. They state they are preferred partners with Bank of America and chase and would get best rate. This was not the case as applying independently saved me thousands of dollars in a much lower rate. Buyer be aware. Also the service company vs another local service company estimated a cost over 400 dollars more for same service. So shop around. More
