Nelson Ramos in Sales was a pleasure to work with, as were Jim and Keith in Service and Jennifer in Finance. I'm very happy with the used Range Rover I purchased. Everyone was very friendly. A new headliner was installed and struts were put in the hatch at no charge after I purchased the car. While the car was being serviced, I was given a complimentary new Jaguar loaner. The only issue I had was that I was told the car would be "detailed," but it was not cleaned as thoroughly as I would have liked. However, the cleaning was done at no extra charge, and after I mentioned this, Nelson told me the car would be cleaned again to my satisfaction (I declined because I don't live nearby). My overall experience was great. I highly recommend this dealership. More
