Sandro Lopresti (Service Manager) is extremely accommodating and Frank Papa (Lead Service Tech) is the BEST!!!! Frank goes over and beyond what is expected from a service department. David White (Tow Driver) is so very nice. He takes pride in his work and he kept asking if there was anything else he could do to make our experience a better one. The answer was NO!!!! He did it all. Just to be clear, I don't have any interest (vested or otherwise) in Land Rover/Jaguar of the Treasure Coast other than being one VERY satisfied customer. More

I will tell you that before I met Richard and the Team at LRTC, I had spoken and met with 3 other Dealers and several Auto Brokers. as usual I got the run around and no results. Everything changed when I connected with Richard. for a great experience and complete satisfaction, I strongly recommend Land Rover Treasure Coast and dealing with Richard Arthur. Fantastic Experience. Everything was done perfectly! We emailed the specs on the car we wanted and called and chatted on the phone before going to the store. When we got to the dealership Scott Wynn (the Internet Sales Manager) had the car right at the front drive detailed and ready for us. My wife test drove it and Scott explained how all the different accessories are operated. The paperwork was a breeze, the new tag was on the car and it was perfectly detailed. I would highly recommend this dealership! Jennifer in the Finance department answered all of our questions and inquired about how long we would have the car to determine what to suggest for some maintenance in the future to get the best deal. It was a great experience all around. We traded in our older Land Rover and they gave us a great value on the trade too. If you want a Land Rover make sure you visit this store and ask for Scott!! AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Within the last month I purchased a new Range Rover (Love it!) from Scot Davis (GM) and Scott Winn. The deal was flawless with no hidden agendas! Wh Within the last month I purchased a new Range Rover (Love it!) from Scot Davis (GM) and Scott Winn. The deal was flawless with no hidden agendas! When I bought my 1st Range Rover in 2013 from this same dealership promises were made and not kept! I have been looking for a new Range Rover since 11/2015 and wanted to deal local but the deal didn't work out! So I have been searching the state of Florida and finally found the Range Rover I wanted and it was again at Treasure Coast. Dealing with Scot and Scott has renewed my faith not only in this dealership but in the Land Rover name. Two days after I bought my new vehicle I was on my way out of FL on vaca and a warning indicator light came on. I called the service department; the Shop Foreman Frank got on the phone told me what was wrong and sent me to the Jacksonville Land Rover dealer for a quick fix. He even called ahead and told them I was coming in; told them to call him when I got there and he would assist with the problem. Needless to say, Jacksonville Fields Land Rover had me there for over 6 hours; couldn't fix the problem; didn't want to deal with the Treasure Coast dealership; wouldn't admit they couldn't fix the problem until I lost it. They knew I was trying to get out of Florida and drive a 1000 miles to my destination. The GM Scot Davis was on the phone with me and the dealership all day trying to resolve the problem. So now its time for Fields to get me a rental car, I tell them I want something comparable to what I have at least the same size as I was loaded down to go on vaca. They didn't want to deal with me; they deal with an Enterprise Rental very close to the dealership and they gave me a Dodge Journey! Scot Davis (GM from TC LR) called the Enterprise and told them to upgrade the vehicle; they told me "its the best we got". At this point I have been dealing with this dealer (Fields) for 7 hours for something that should have taken no more than 2 hours. I spoke with Scot Davis, I decided to go home and Scot obtained an upgraded vehicle to drive the 1000 miles to my destination and waited over an hour after closing for me to get to the dealership so that I could start over the next day early. Just driving the 200+ miles in the rental back to Fort Pierce was an experience, I couldn't imagine driving it 1000 miles. Additionally, TC LR sent a truck to Jacksonville and picked up my vehicle and brought it back to Fort Pierce so that it could be fixed. My vehicle was ready and waiting on me when I returned from vacation. Scot, Scott and Frank are outstanding employees and should be recognized for going above and beyond to assist a customer. An interesting tidbit of information that I found out this morning 3 wks after this happened, is when I bought my vehicle in 2013 the dealership in Fort Pierce was owned by Fields, imagine that! So I guess that Fields just treat their customers with disrespect! The dealership is now owned by Grieco! Great service and respect for their customers! More

I offered them the chance to buy the car back or properly fix the accident area. no surprise that they took the money and ran. too bad lemon laws don't cover this or I would be calling a lawyer instead of writing this "buyer beware of shady dealer." More

This time around Larry, Rod Ortega and Scott Wynn handled sales flawlessly and Jennifer Bartoszek was great in finance. But like in every business, I look at what they do AFTER the sale to truly judge them - and here is where they really shine. Service Manager Dave Seifert has been taking care of my cars for more than five years and I couldn't ask for better service from him or his guys. Matt Benavides in Parts has gone the extra mile time-after-time to get me what I need for my car, and Mechanic Frank Papa - well, I simply can't say enough great things about him. He's been working on Land Rovers for more than 20 years and it shows; he's simply incredible - the best mechanic I've ever worked with in more than forty years of owning cars. And that friendly, helpful voice that answers the phone - Karen Swanson - is as great as everyone else. I own Land Rovers because they're the finest SUVs on (and off) the road - and I buy them from Jaguar Land Rover Treasure Coast because they are the best dealership imaginable. Whoever owns this dealership is either really smart or really lucky, because this is the best team any dealer could ever ask for, and keeping this team intact will keep this dealership at the pinnacle of all dealerships for a long, long time.
