David brought me a loaner, picked up my car on time and returned in a reasonable time. David White should be recognized as a great Encore Specialist. He knows all about servicing the Jaguar and I would recommend him to be promoted within the service center he is very knowledgeable and personable. Those are wonderful traits for service specialist. Michael, the Used Car Manager, Jennifer, the Finance Manager & Zachary Phillips, my Sales Manager (who is just wonderful). Each of these 3 people made my overall experience & purchase very easy & painless. Forget everything you think you know about buying a pre-owned car at a dealership, Grieco is a cut above the rest & is a true class act. It was refreshing to deal with honest professionals, who really take the time to help you & make your purchase very easy & effortless. I can't say enough good things about Zachary Phillips. The worst Well after I arrived at the dealership to pickup my car they wanted me to sign a paperwork other than my already approved loan documents. Never disclosed that put a 12 month title hold on a car you own. My thought it was ridiculous . They issued me a We Owe for my deposit and never refunded my money. That was from 1-13-17, it is now 3-13-17. After multiple stories and excuses they are now reported to the Attorney General. This is a terrible place to do business. More
