David brought me a loaner, picked up my car on time and returned in a reasonable time. David White should be recognized as a great Encore Specialist. He knows all about servicing the Jaguar and I would recommend him to be promoted within the service center he is very knowledgeable and personable. Those are wonderful traits for service specialist.
