Great Purchasing Experience! We visited Jaguar/Land Rover in Fort Pierce after a disappointing experience in the Palm Beach dealership. In Palm Beach they tried to upsell and wer We visited Jaguar/Land Rover in Fort Pierce after a disappointing experience in the Palm Beach dealership. In Palm Beach they tried to upsell and were extremely overpriced in their lease negotiations. In Fort Pierce we first met Zach, who really tried to match us with the vehicle and options we were looking for. Although we didn't come up with a match the first try, he and Bernie teamed up, and together they located a vehicle which was very close to our wish list. Bernie worked very hard to get us a very fair lease deal, and we are very appreciative. The negotiations began with a very realistic number from Bernie which immediately told me they were being fair and reasonable and I didn't feel ripped off from the get go. My wife and I are very glad we took the time to visit the Fort Pierce dealership and very grateful for all of Zach and Bernie's assistance in getting a great F-Pace. My wife loves it and the purchase experience was unexpectedly fantastic. More

The most dishonest car buying experience ever Before you purchase or lease from this dealership, and particularly from the sales associate Rick Arthur, you might want to think twice before you inv Before you purchase or lease from this dealership, and particularly from the sales associate Rick Arthur, you might want to think twice before you invest your time into moving forward on the deal they present to you. I was quoted a firm lease price by Jo Payne , their internet coordinator on a 2019 XE lease. Being out if state, all of the communication was thru texting Rick Arthur on his personal cell phone. Hours were spent reviewing, what I thought was a good faith deal that Rick confirmed many times over. I was prepared to drive 10 hours to this dealership to pick up the car. At the final stage, I asked Rick to text me the final buyers order with all the specifics we agreed to. Here is where the horror and shameful dishonesty began when the lease payment was almost $150 dollars over what was previously agreed to!! Rick had no explanation for the difference in our agreed price other than saying “well this is what it is now” When I got quotes from other jag dealers on his deal, they all said no way that deal was going to happen. And you know what, they were right. Rick Arthur represents the bad name that car dealers get on honesty. I never thought this could happen from a jag dealer. Take my advice if you don’t want to be disappointed on a deal that this dealership quotes you; they will waste your time on a bogus quote, and you will be glad you bought elsewear. More
