Right, uhuh! Then they look at the car and low bal you on what the car is worth (the switch). What a waste of my time, and so much less costly to pay off the remaining 2 month lease payments. So basically they want bury you by getting a new car and then you can finance a negative equity at a much greater cost than a simple lease-end. Shame on them. Bought 3 cars there. So much for customer loyalty. Taken my business elsewhere. More

I was looking all over South FL for an F-Pace with Yul It has been an amazing experience to purchase my new Jaguar F-Pace from Rick at Treasure Coast. I was looking all over South FL for an F-Pace with Yulong White exterior and red interior, when I came across this dealership. From my initial call with Rick until the close of the deal, he was very professional and helpful to follow up with all my questions. I have never actually went to the dealership, but have organized the entire purchase via calls and emails. I have signed all of the necessary paperwork on a Thursday evening and Rick personally has delivered the car (on a truck) the next day to my office in Miami. It was truly a first class experience and I very much appreciate the fact, that Rick drove over 3 hours on a Friday to/from Miami to guarantee that as a client I receive the best service. Horrible experience I purchased a CPO discovery from them and I live in another state. Sales person told me tires were in great shape and car was nearly perfect. It arriv I purchased a CPO discovery from them and I live in another state. Sales person told me tires were in great shape and car was nearly perfect. It arrived and you had to turn the steering wheel to the right to go straight, the touch screen froze up all the time and when I took it to the dealership service locally they said it needed new tires. There were only 16,000 miles on the car. They are being cheap and fighting me over the tires and don’t care I have no vehicle while they take their time to (not) resolve it. GM seems to care nothing about customer service and wants me to wait two more days with no resolution because his service manager is out. So far it will be a total of 6 days without a car, without a resolution and without a loaner. The GM is certainly capable of resolving this but choosing not to. They don’t seem to care a bit. I would never buy a car from them again More
