Horrible experience I purchased a CPO discovery from them and I live in another state. Sales person told me tires were in great shape and car was nearly perfect. It arriv I purchased a CPO discovery from them and I live in another state. Sales person told me tires were in great shape and car was nearly perfect. It arrived and you had to turn the steering wheel to the right to go straight, the touch screen froze up all the time and when I took it to the dealership service locally they said it needed new tires. There were only 16,000 miles on the car. They are being cheap and fighting me over the tires and don’t care I have no vehicle while they take their time to (not) resolve it. GM seems to care nothing about customer service and wants me to wait two more days with no resolution because his service manager is out. So far it will be a total of 6 days without a car, without a resolution and without a loaner. The GM is certainly capable of resolving this but choosing not to. They don’t seem to care a bit. I would never buy a car from them again More

Superb I had the opportunity to meet with Amelia today as she went over safety features of my new Jaguar and I was blown with her knowledge of my vehicle. We took and extended test drive as well, in town and on the highway. Even though I did not purchase a car this visit, they did not pressure me in any way, and encouraged me to finish my research on EV's before I bought. Great experience, and if I decide on the I-Pace as my EV of choice I will definitely return. More
