Jaguar - Stuart, FL Review I popped into Jaguar/Land Rover to look at their used (but vey nice) SUV inventory. There were a couple of Mercedes GL63 AMG's there that I was inter I popped into Jaguar/Land Rover to look at their used (but vey nice) SUV inventory. There were a couple of Mercedes GL63 AMG's there that I was interested in based on the budget I had. I was greeted very warmly (but not in a cheesy car dealer sales person way) by Robert Anderson who I soon also learned was their "Performance" expert. It was clear based on his knowledge and the depth/detail by which he knew all the vehicles that I was considering (including the Jaguar F-Pace) however, unbeknownst to him. He very graciously answered all of my questions on the used car that I was there to look at but began looking around at some of the other cars in the showroom. Then, I learned from Robert that they in fact had a 2020 Jaguar F-Pace SVR and... Well, the rest is history as they say. I knew all about that car but I'm the type of guy that, when I have a knowledgeable person to work with, I really DO like to be "sold" on things. Robert was so easy to listen to and understand b/c he explained everything so well that spoke about. It was clear that his passion and job were more like a pleasure hobby to help people like me. That said, when I got back from the test drive, I was greeted by their sales manager and GM. I thought "here we go..." These are the people I usually don't care for b/c they're often times the people that essentially take the deal that the sales person was working with me and was doing great on, and then turning it all into a "high pressure" sales campaign to "close" me. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Both Alfred Fernandez (Sales Manager) and Bernard LaGroue (GM) were great initially and during the entire sales process in the end. Turned out Alfred and I had/have A LOT in common in general and on many specific hobbies we pursue as well. This buying process was such a GREAT experience for me with this F-PACE SVR and their team at this dealership in Stuart, FL. This is only the 4th [new car] Ive ever bought b/c of the downsides I described above. I'd highly recommend going in there and speaking with any of them (but especially Robert) if you're interested or even just curious about their cars. I'll definitely consider these guys my home dealer going forward. I can't say enough about them and their cars. AMAZING. More

Very personal. I always have a great experience with the service department. Everything is always exceptional. Normally my car is picked up and returned to me by San I always have a great experience with the service department. Everything is always exceptional. Normally my car is picked up and returned to me by Sandro but this time I brought it to the dealership myself as I was driving in that direction on that particular day. My loaner car was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. My own vehicle was then brought back to my home once the work had been done. My car always comes back sparkling clean and topped up with fuel which I truly appreciate as I live 49 miles away. Thank you! More
