Scott was friendly and processed the work order quickly. Service took way longer..supposed to be an hour…was called at 230pm that car was ready….appointment was at 10 am. Valet had difficulty finding car so I could leave…had to wait about 10 minutes. I could see car, but then could find no one to tell its location. Someone readjusted my seat and did not put back to original position. I was there for a software update only. More

The service advisor was misleading and didn’t tell me the truth about my repair, I asked him to replace the emblem on the hood of my car, a couple of days later he called me to inform me that the car is the truth about my repair, I asked him to replace the emblem on the hood of my car, a couple of days later he called me to inform me that the car is ready. I went to pickup the car but to my surprise the emblem was not straight, he agreed to replace it. A couple of days later, he delivered the car but again the 2nd emblem was a bit worst, so I returned the car to try one more time. A couple of days later he texted me that the car is ready, I texted him back if he replaced the emblem for the third time and he replied yes. I went to pickup the car and it looked worse than the previous 2 times until I saw a note in the car to the Bodyshop to adjust the emblem and not to replace it which weakened the adhesive tape behind it and looked horrible but what was so terrible is his manager who chose to support the service advisor and told me to live with it! So I complained to the principal owner of the establishment and the GM but they didn’t reply so I took my complaint to Range Rover corporate and their reply was each dealership is privately owned and all they can do is forward my complaint. Days has passed and replies. More
