I have been with Range River over 20 years. I have seen many changes. This is the worst I have experienced. I am only glad to have Victor Avalos still there. The phone system is horrible. I had to go to the dealership to get information about my car. I could not get through on the phone. To the new management: you can do better. Customer service is non existent. Scott has been consistently excellent, as has Vic every time I’ve had a question. So no negative comments about the Service dept. Andre is always provides exceptional and high class service. Prior to my service appointment I had a warning light that came on which was concerning and I took my vehicle to the dealership at rebels if service.
