Walked in, immediately no social skill, no eye contact , told me I needed brake flush , brakes, tires , and I was just there for oil change . When asking about price that went up ( not a problem ) was demea told me I needed brake flush , brakes, tires , and I was just there for oil change . When asking about price that went up ( not a problem ) was demeaning and offered a $20 coupon said prices are going up everywhere “where have you been?” Very rude I asked for keys back and promptly left. The other two gentleman I have had contact with were so kind. Unlike this person . No manners or people skills. Felt uncomfortable to allow my car to be in his care. What kind of a bill would I of walked out with ? Would love a call about this. As a woman it is nerve wracking coming to get car serviced. More
