Not one greeted me on arrival. My service advisor was available for 20 mins. No loaners available. Rental car was a piece of crap. Stock tires with 60% tread coming apart at sidewall of the inside of the available for 20 mins. No loaners available. Rental car was a piece of crap. Just not what you expect when you buy a $120k vehicle and pay a premium for dealer service. More
I recently had my 2018 Range Rover Velar serviced at Land Rover Tampa. The service was Outstanding. Everyone was so helpful. I would like to personally thank my service advisor Ambi for taking care of my Vel Rover Tampa. The service was Outstanding. Everyone was so helpful. I would like to personally thank my service advisor Ambi for taking care of my Velar and offering me a level of service I have not experienced at any other dealership. I would also like to thank Jennifer and Sam for their assistance while at Land Rover Tampa. First class service at all levels. I highly recommend this dealership. More
I am incredibly disappointed at the lack of professionalism, service, and respect this Range Rover facility has provided to both my daughter and I. I have contacted Range Rover Tampa for assist professionalism, service, and respect this Range Rover facility has provided to both my daughter and I. I have contacted Range Rover Tampa for assistance on a loaner vehicle as my daughter’s car is being serviced at an auto body shop that THEY recommended because they do not have one on site. My daughter has called multiple times to speak with the general manager, Jennifer Stall. She has left voicemails as have I, and Jennifer has not called back. In fact, she continues to send our calls to voicemail. Today, I finally got in contact with Service and spoke with D. Persaud, the Assistant Manager of Service, on the phone and he was incredibly rude, insulting, and unprofessional. He continuously cut me off as I was explaining to him the situation at hand, he brushed off all concerns I had, and ended the conversation with “OH MA’AM, DON’T GIVE ME THAT” after I explained that we chose the auto body shop that they recommend to help service my daughter’s vehicle because they don’t have an auto body shop. I was in very offended with how he spoke to me. D. Persaud could care less to help a promising client of Land Rover and was in a hurry to hang up the phone. I have never in my life received such under par service from a Luxury vehicle facility. I will never have any vehicles serviced at this facility, let alone lease from this place. The lack of respect from who are considered “managers” at this place is distasteful and absurd. -10 out of 10 in my book. Do not go here. More

I have never been more disappointed in a dealership in my life. Recently I have been hearing a vibrating noise on my brand new Range Rover Sport Supercharged. I bring the car in for the 1st time and here i life. Recently I have been hearing a vibrating noise on my brand new Range Rover Sport Supercharged. I bring the car in for the 1st time and here is what happens: They identify the issue as the exhaust. I was told they would order parts and contact me when they are in. Wednesday of this week I bring in to get repaired. They indicated it should be ready by noon. I ask for a car as this is what I have been used to at BMW and Mercedes. Nope they can shuttle me home. Ok, thats fine. Later on that day I get a call indicating they ordered the wrong part and need to order the correct one. Meanwhile since I though I was getting it back a few hours later I need to now drive back to get all my stuff out of the car. Still at that point no offer of a car to use while they hold min. Since I leave town on Friday I told them they need to have the part overnighted so it can be picked up Thursday. Never comes on the truck today. Their solution is to put the wrong part back on and clamp it on to drive to South Carolina and then return the vehicle when I return to have the correct repair done. I talked with the Service Manager and explained this is insane. Just keep the car and do the repair correctly the 1st time and just give me a loaner. The answer was no and they will put the wrong part on and when I get back we will do the entire process over again. I could not be more disappointed in the decision making and service of this dealership. They messed up and and now want to do things halfway and inconvenience me along the way. I would beware of this dealership. More
