While they were extremely busy, they made provisions to fit me in to check a tire that continued to lose air. I took my Range Rover Sport in for its annual service and was shocked when i didn’t get the video of the initial inspection that i received in the years before. I was also surprised that it took almost a mon was shocked when i didn’t get the video of the initial inspection that i received in the years before. I was also surprised that it took almost a month to get a new headlight in from the United Kingdom, that would have been a pretty penny out of pocket since i couldn’t get a loaner vehicle while I waited for the part to come in. After the service was completed I had to bring the car back because the service required message was still coming on after the service was complete. This was my first time at the new facility so maybe I’m just not use to this new way. But if it’s like this in the future, I’d like the old way.. More
