January 7 2022. This is our second experience here at this dealership. They have a really nice new show room which was more conveniently located than before. We got a great deal and my husband and I were both so pleased with our sales representative Veronica. She was extremely pleasant to deal with and very helpful. We really enjoyed our finance partner there, his name is Hans. Overall it was a very great experience and we got what we wanted!! More

When I scheduled the service appointment, the receptionist was not friendly. She had an attitude when I asked her questions. A requested the valet service with a rental vehicle and I asked her if there was an additional charge for the service as this was the first time requesting valet service. She said she didn't know as she only schedules the service. She said I would need to talk to the service department. My question seemed simple, but she was very crass with her reply for a simple question she should have know the answer to. The valet service was scheduled for 10:00 but the arrival ended up being 12:45. My wife had to rearrange her schedule because of how late the driver was. We did get updates to the delivery time by text and a phone call which I appreciated. The vehicle was somewhat clean upon return, but it looked like whoever did the cleaning rushed through it and didn't really care. When you spend over $700 on a service you think the vehicle would return with a thorough cleaning. The cup holders were dirty, the cargo area was not even touched, and the rest of the vehicle was only half vacuumed. A positive was all the services I requested were completed. More
