I just love my service guys-I usually work with Matt who I just love my service guys- I usually work with Matt who I love but Morgan was my contact for this one. He was busy so Matt showed me around the new I just love my service guys- I usually work with Matt who I love but Morgan was my contact for this one. He was busy so Matt showed me around the new joint and just entertained me until my vehicle was brought up. I had to return that day b/c of a weird smell, but Morgan took my vehicle straight back and got me back out the door in no time. Friendly Accommodating Helpful! More
Were it not for Ambi Bamahra, I would not be returning to Reeves. I think this is my fourth Range Rover and I’ve always trusted the maintenance there because of Ambi. Clean facility and friendly service. Expensive, but worth it with the high end service and videos that were sent of the work that was being done to my car. I liked the option to leave and get a rental while it with the high end service and videos that were sent of the work that was being done to my car. I liked the option to leave and get a rental while I wait for my car to be finished. However, I asked to upgrade my rental to a Land Rover or something similar to what I had, they couldn’t accommodate. Besides that everything was great! More
Sam the service rep is wonderful. But the whole process was absolutely horrible. I had to bring my car back four times for the same issue all in all I think I was without my vehicle for almost 2 months. 2 was absolutely horrible. I had to bring my car back four times for the same issue all in all I think I was without my vehicle for almost 2 months. 2 rental cars that were brought to me I had low tire pressure, My car was brought back to me one time with grease marks all over the light leather seat. Etc. very disappointed I’ve been client for many years of this dealership and have had an excellent experience but things have changed. More
