I got assigned a service rep which I hate there should be multiple people that should be able to take care of me. The service rep did not seem like a happy person and was not very communicative during the wh multiple people that should be able to take care of me. The service rep did not seem like a happy person and was not very communicative during the whole process. my car was in for over two weeks they never let me know what was going on until I had to reach out to him and then on the mechanic side it just should not take that long to fix. Shortage of people etc. but that’s really not my issue m. took three days just to get to look at the car I would not have brought it in that soon if I would have known thank you More

The service guy was very nice. I asked for a loaner car, they picked my car up and dropped off my loaner. I would expect that for $100k vehicle. However, when dropping it off, t I asked for a loaner car, they picked my car up and dropped off my loaner. I would expect that for $100k vehicle. However, when dropping it off, the kid was extremely late and unapologetic about it. Also, my mailbox key was missing from my keychain….irritating. With only a mailbox key and my car fob on there, I’m not quite sure what the heck…. Also I had to chase them down for how to pay…. Another irritant. More
I called to get my annual service and from the receptionist to my service consultant, it was a great experience. They were polite, prompt, and very helpful. I asked about a valet option for them t receptionist to my service consultant, it was a great experience. They were polite, prompt, and very helpful. I asked about a valet option for them to come get the vehicle and then return it to my home after abs the answer was, “of course, no problem.” Sam was a great communicator and very honest.
