The mechanics are sloppy breaking things on my car having to come back many times to get fixed. A simple oil change and a trailer install took 4 entire days. I was told I would be have it back at the end of the day. I understand COVID issues exist so I expected it back the following day. Nope. Th days. I was told I would be have it back at the end of the day. I understand COVID issues exist so I expected it back the following day. Nope. The mechanic sent me a video of my truck being worked on and informed me that the rear passenger tire had low tread. I figured that was because it was the oldest of the remaining tires. I was not informed that I was out of alignment. While driving home from a 1,800 mile road trip the tire failed and started leaking air rapidly. This was because the alignment was so badly off. If i was told about this while my truck was in the shop for four entire days i would have elected to get my truck aligned. Luckily, this tire failure happened 30 miles from my home in the morning and I was able to get a new tire and alignment from a local tire shop. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership for service. More
