I purchased my first Disco used from Metro West, and found myself dealing with their service department much more than I would have realized. It was always difficult to get a timely appointment, and the commute from Boston was not an easy one. Eventually, the friendly, helpful person I usually dealt with in service left the dealership. Thereafter, it just became an expensive hassle. Finally, after waiting more than two weeks for an appointment and receiving what seemed like an outrageous repair, I called Land Rover Peabody. Their service department was responsive, friendlier and it turned out, much more affordable for maintenance. Much to my delight, I found out that the original salesman whom I dealt with at Metro West, Rusty, was now at the Peabody dealership. Despite my purchase from his former employer, Rusty always takes care of me and sees that the service department does too. More
These guys really SUCK! My Range Rover is nearly 20 years old now, mainly due to the fact that I stopped doing business with this dealership. Up until I had left, EVERY year when they performed service, my R old now, mainly due to the fact that I stopped doing business with this dealership. Up until I had left, EVERY year when they performed service, my Rover would fail emissions and would cost me thousands of $$. It would fail again and they'd try to sell me the same repair they had just performed again to resolve the problem. As a result, I found R&R Auto Repair in Medway about 8 years ago and have successfully passed EVERY year, the first time, since Dave there has been performing my maintenance. More
