I had a great experience today dealing with the service department at LandRover Sudbury, expecially with the representative that worked with me today. I brought my Land Rover in for a regular maintenance check up. Since I don't know very much about cars, I normally feel pressured and skeptical of any further work that I am told needs to be done. I was at the dealership last week looking for a part for my used Range Rover. They didn't have the part in stock, fortunately Steve the parts manager was able to find it at another dealer so I could pick it my used Range Rover.
