The service experience at Land Rover (Sudbury) has exceeded my expectations. A large part of that is due to the representative I've worked with there, Patrick Higgins, who is not only patient, polite exceeded my expectations. A large part of that is due to the representative I've worked with there, Patrick Higgins, who is not only patient, polite and friendly, but does an excellent job of explaining the car's diagnosis and what is being done to fix it. They were also accomodating in terms of the loaner car and the drop-off/pick-up times, which they were consistently on time with, and my car is always returned with a car wash. I couldn't be happier with the service at this location. My last car was a BMW... Land Rover has provided all the service that BMW claims to have, but never truly provided. More

I recently had my Range Rover serviced. As inconvenient as it is to take your car in for service, Peter Mavrikis always makes my visits pleasant. We have owned 2 range-rovers , 3 landrover discoverys, an lr3 , a sport , and a new sport on the way. 8 cars in total ! Pat took my last minute frantic call for a service appointment before an unexpected long trip I had to make. Within 24 hours I had my car waiting in my driveway as I cam home from work.
