SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS THE WORST I have owned four range rovers so my husband and I have had lots of experience with the service department at Land Rover Sudbury. Service experience there has always been very positive, particularly with Peter as head. THAT IS, until now. Peter left a few months ago and unfortunately, the service department has gone downhill. With Peter, I always got timely feedback on the status of my car, my car was always reliably serviced and turn around time was very prompt. Peter was always more than happy to provide a loaner vehicle so that I could get around while my vehicle was in the shop. More often than not, he had the loaner vehicle delivered to my home because he knew how difficult it would be for me to pick it up with no car. He was friendly and professional. He provided the type of service you would expect with the purchase of a luxury vehicle. (Rusty Johnsen, by the way, was our most recent SALES person and he was very good to work with). Most recently, my car broke down on a major road while I was traveling with my three children. The car just stopped working - lost all power. Luckily I was able to steer the car off to the side of the road out of major traffic. When I called the service department to notify them of the car breaking down, they could not have been more unhelpful. I asked if I could get a loaner so I could at least transport my kids home. Well he could not have been more unhelpful. The car was eventually towed to the dealership after several hours of waiting with my kids outside on the side of a major road with traffic. When the car arrived, the dealership never called me to let me know that the vehicle made it. I finally called the dealership to make sure my car had indeed arrived in addition to requesting a loaner vehicle. Jeff could not act more like I was a pain in the xxx. I asked if he could have the loaner delivered to my home as I had no way of getting there. He said he had no loaners. He finally located one the next day acting as if it was a big deal for him to do. I asked if he could have it delivered to the house as I had no way of getting there. He said no, he had no staff. I said I would try to get there, but asked if he could deliver it the following morning if I could not get there that afternoon. He was very reluctant, but agreed. Well wouldn't you know, the next morning, the loaner never arrived. Nor did I hear anything from Jeff in the service department. So my car was towed there on Monday. Today is Friday - 5:00 pm to be exact. I have not heard anything from Jeff in service at the dealership as to the status of my car repair, if they have even looked at it and offer any possible explanation as to why it may have just completely died on the road. They really need Peter back. Can Peter please come back?? More
Best LR service shop in the area. And Pat Higgins is the single best service adviser with whom I've ever worked. Full stop. Excellent, timely, and consistent communications. No surprises. Every time I come to the Land Rover dealership in Sudbury, Anthony always has a smile, and a warm greeting for me. They are hands down the best service people I have come across since owning a vehicle. Their mission is to ensure you have a great experience when your Land Rover is serviced, the job is done right the first time, and for the best price. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied they will do what it takes to ensure you are not only satisfied, but thrilled with their work. Highly recommend this dealership for sales and service. I will always purchase my Range Rovers from this dealership as long as Anthony, Tom, and Pat are employees. More
As a family we have purchased 5 vehicles from Ben M and his team and every experience has been flawless. My most recent visit was to have my side view mirror replaced. I spoke with Pat Higgins, my go to gu his team and every experience has been flawless. My most recent visit was to have my side view mirror replaced. I spoke with Pat Higgins, my go to guy for anything service related. In a 10 min phone call I had everything set for them to pick up my truck and drop off a service vehicle. What was truly important about this service call was that we had literally just had a baby and needed the truck picked up at the hospital. Pat took care of everything. And worked around our schedule. It's the little things sometimes that take place that leave a great impression. The quality of the work was great. When I got my truck back it looked brand new. Thanks for taking the time to make things right. Love the team and love the service! More

Matt Phillips was great! He was attentive and detail oriented with my many questions regarding my 2009 Range Rover Sport. He was extremely patient with my request to test drive a couple of Range Rovers oriented with my many questions regarding my 2009 Range Rover Sport. He was extremely patient with my request to test drive a couple of Range Rovers before making my decision. Once financing was figured out Matt did his best to make sure I got my new car as soon as possible. Great Experience. Anthony Carbone was also Great! He worked on my financing and was able to get a great rate. He was patient and honest with the options moving forward regarding financing. I am now in my Range Rover Sport because of Anthony's hard work making sure I was paying a price that would be comfortable for me. All in All, a great experience. I will be bringing my car in for service this week as I am having a few issues. I spoke with Pat yesterday, who was enthusiatic to fix the problems I am having. I can only hope the service department will be as great as Matt & Anthony. More
My recent experience at Land Rover of Sudbury was fabulous. The whole atmosphere at the dealership was very impressive. It was extremely clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The service department went over and beyond my expectations. My service adviser Tom Shusda was incredible. He was on top of everything and was able to answer all my questions. He was always available and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Land Rover. More
I recently purchased a vehichle, the new Range Rover Evoque. Had a few minor issues so I brought it in to service to have checked out. I should of picked a different service person to deal with. Peter was the assigned service person whom is HORRIBLE! He has no customer service skills, you have to call him to get an update and he never returns your calls. When you bring your vehicle in for service you want that assurance that any issues you have with the car will be resolved. The experience dealing with him is like ordering getting food from a fast food joint, quick to get your order and quick to get you out. I'll give this service dealership another chance but will only deal with another service person. BTW this is my first vehichle with the Land Rover family and I'm not so happy with my experience. More
