Peter was more than accomodating for my visit...as I was traveling from Rockport Mass, this was important. The service experience at Land Rover (Sudbury) has exceeded my expectations. A large part of that is due to the representative I've worked with there, Patrick Higgins, who is not only patient, polite exceeded my expectations. They were also accomodating in terms of the loaner car and the drop-off/pick-up times, which they were consistently on time with, and my car is always returned with a car wash.
